While selecting some of the new Koi today we came across this stunning Showa. (Length 29cm)

The white skin is amazing, with much sumi to develop and a great presence this Koi is one for the future.

21/05/09 - Golborne Goes Cajun!!

After a three year intensive Koi health screening programme topponds have been granted a licence to import and provide Koi for sale from our partners at Purdin Koi Farm, Louisiana, USA.

This significant milestone now means for the first time ever Purdin Koi are available in the UK. Purdin Koi are bred in the USA from a world class selection of Japanese parent Koi perhaps the biggest difference between Purdin Koi and Japanese Koi is that Purdin Koi are proven virus free and have been in quanartine all their lives!



The very first customers were Ivanna and Harry Hennesy pictured here with their Purdin Kohaku!

Colin Parry from Widnes pictured to the left was another of our first customers impressed with the vibrance, colour and of course the great prices



Joseph Naylor, or to be precise Joseph's mum, Catherine also decided that a Purdin Sanke was a must have for the family pond!
